Following the legacy of being the trendsetters in publishing for devising new strategies for book promotion, Mehta Publishing House, in association with Bharat Forge Limited, Pune organized a three day book exhibition from 10th October 2013 to 12th October 2013 at Bharat Forge Limited’s Mundhwa premises.

Set on the theme of endorsing reading as a habit among the younger generation, the exhibition generated stupendous response from the entire staff of the organization with the buyers not limiting only to the higher or middle management, but also the office boys and helping staff.

Apart from featuring the latest offerings like Beyond Ugly, Mrutushi Sharyat, Chand Bagecha, Sonia Gandhi, Kavita Doghanchi, Ani Vikramaditya Harla, Hach Maza Marg, Anna Ani Siamcha Raja, Athavninche Moti, Mohandas and Paridhi, the collection included all the categories offered by Mehta Publishing House right from Biography, Travel, Business, Politics, History, Religion and Philosophy, Lifestyle, Cookery, Health and Fitness, Sports and Leisure, e-Books and even Children's books.

The duration of the exhibit not only generated active and productive response from the support staff but also featured Mr. B.N. Kalyani – Group Chairman, Bharat Forge Limited, paying a visit to our stalls in their premises. He not only took ample time to appreciate and check all the books offered by us but also extended his best wishes for the effective organizing of the exhibit in their locale. While maximum readers opted for buying the printed books, there was a huge response generated for India’s First Authentic Marathi e-Books recently launched by Mehta Publishing House; with the readers taking a keen interest in learning the concept of e-Books across all the genres of books offered.

Hence, it can be added here, that through this exhibition, Mehta Publishing House has not only taken a step ahead to reach out to its readers base but has also helped in propagating Marathi as a reading language amongst the masses.
